Francesca Wilding graduated from The Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and with Tim Allsop launched Turn of Phrase which provides vocal and physical training, confidence building, negotiation and networking skills, interview preparation and conference presentation. In particular, Turn of Phrase focuses on improving gender equality in the workplace.
