Event: Is HR leading at part-time work?

Here’s a question. Is HR leading by example when it comes to part-time working – or are we dragging our heels?

HRville is teaming up with Oakleaf Partnership to present a breakfast event focused on this very issue. The event, from 8am to 9.30am on Thursday 11th June, is hosted by law firm Linklaters at its Silk Street, London HQ.

Oakleaf has commissioned a research study that has delivered ‘compelling findings’, and aims to offer a thought path to any HR people looking to get their head around the part-time proposition.

Of particular interest are questions along the lines of: Is promotion of part-time just a politically correct expedient, or is it the new way? And if the latter is true, is HR leading by example?
