Puppet love

It's time to play the music, it's time to light the lights... Dropbox's recruitment video uses puppets to bring propositions to life

Dropbox has raised the bar in the field of recruitment video with this entertaining effort, currently doing the viral rounds. Using muppet-style puppets to put faces to what are apparently comments from actual employees, it treads a fine line between parodying the genre and celebrating a culture that very much appears to be fun.

Older readers might note similarities between this and Nick Park’s Creature Comforts, but never mind that. And perhaps most interestingly, it’ll have cost far less than some recruitment videos that chuck money at mediocre ideas and overlook the opportunity to engage in a human (ironically), funny, way.
